Visit to Hong Kong Geopark & Volunteer Work at Yim Tin Tsai.
On Saturday, some p4 and p5 students took their precious time off their weekend to help clean up the mess Typhoon Mangkhut had made a few weeks ago.
In the morning, the students went to Hong Kong Geopark to learn more about Hong Kong’s diverse geological heritage. Then in the afternoon, they headed to Yim Tin Tsai and got their hands dirty! Through the sun and sweat, the students picked up rubbish on the island. In the end, they collected eight bags full of rubbish. What a great start to the ‘Year of Care’!
