328 Care for the Elderly (相長校園)
Actions always speak louder than words.
On 28 March 2019, instead of having regular lessons, our P.3 students had a different learning experience at school. With the help of Dr Lam, Dr Wong (Chinese practitioners) and Jennifer (a visually impaired psychotherapist) from義醫同行 as well as Sheng Kung Hui (聖公會), our P.3 students applied what they have learnt from their Literature lessons and had a meaningful day with the elderly.
Learning from books about ‘Care’ is one thing, but knowing how to care for others through actual actions is a completely different matter. From the photos of the day, don’t you agree our P.3 students were able to do both?
