Model International Conference and interactive workshop on Use of Technology and Value of Life
Date: 22 Jun 2019 and 24 Jun 2019
Our school launched a 8-hour pilot Technology and Life Education programme under the theme of a fictional dinosaur discovery on 22 Jun 2019 and 24 Jun 2019. It was co-organized by MPS and GLOCAL, founded by Dr. Simon Shen, a prestigious scholar in international relations. The programme comprised of interactive workshops on AR, VR, DNA and archaeology as well as a model international conference in which participants played the role of diplomats from different countries. The aim of the programme is to equip students with high-order thinking skills, digital and information literacy and the ability to understand the value of life.
